Contestant Application for our 2019 “Grill Your Ace Off”

A non-refundable registration fee of at least $150.00 is required for all contest entries to hold your space. This fee will be donated in its entirety to the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN).

Rules: The “Grill Your Ace Off” event will be held rain or shine. Teams may consist of up to four people. Contest entry fees are non-refundable and will be donated in their entirety to the Children’s Miracle Network. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis starting 07/02/2018 until 10/12/2019, or until all 20 slots are filled, whichever comes first. Your space is not official until you receive confirmation in writing from Cypress Ace Hardware & Feed. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams based solely on the decision of the judges with a fourth prize awarded for “People’s Choice”. Making additional donations beyond the $150.00 minimum to the Children’s Miracle Network will not influence the decision of the judges, as they will be unaware of your contribution amount. The food submitted for judging as part of this contest becomes the property of Cypress Ace Hardware & Feed. Cypress Ace Hardware & Feed reserves the right to deny any entry. Contestants agree to abide by any rules defined up to and on the day of the contest, and to present themselves in a manner appropriate for a family-oriented retail environment. Contestants agree to have prepared food ready for judging between 1pm-3pm local time to qualify. Starting late will not allow you to finish later.
